If you are not satisfied, contact customer service within 7 days of any membership charge (your first payment or a monthly renewal) and we will refund that charge in full and cancel your membership. Charges older than 7 days are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; your access continues through the end of the period you paid for.
Starter Ebook. The starter ebook is a one-time purchase of $1.65 and does not start a membership or any recurring charge. If it does not download or is not what you expected, contact customer service within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full.
How to Request a Refund. Email or call customer service using the details below with the email address you used at checkout. We confirm every refund by email. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
